My tenure dossier included an appendix of supplemental material, containing evidence in support of the accomplishments I outlined in my teaching, research, and service statements. For reasons of confidentiality — as a lot of this proof comes in the form of emails or other documentation with personally identifying information — I am only sharing the cover sheets here. Also, I think the real value of this section lies more in how I frame each appendix and less in the forms of proof I used to substantiate my record of achievement.
That said, I have included the "Research: Impact Factor and Citation Reports" appendix in its entirety as a PDF — conversion to HTML feels like a formatting nightmare and I'm too disabled to deal with it — because I used it to critique the use of such metrics in P&T processes.
